Your order will be posted through Royal Mail’s tracked 48 hour service. The cost to ship within the UK is £4.99 for orders under £50 and free shipping for all orders over £50
How long will my product last?
I do not use any preservatives however they are made to order. My skincare products carry a 6 – 12 month shelf life, for best results keep in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
What ingredients do you use in your body butters?
For the Shea and Cocoa butter blend I add coconut oil and sweet almond oil with a dash of Vitamin E and arrowroot powder to reduce the greasiness of the oils.
For the Shea and Mango blend it is simply Shea butter, Mango butter and Avocado oil with a dash of Vitamin E and arrowroot powder.
The scented butters are fragranced with essential oils.
What ingredients are use in your lip butters?
I blend shea butter with cocoa butter and soya wax mixed with castor oil, argan oil, olive oil and essential oils.
What if I am allergic to any of the ingredients used?
I only use natural ingredients and my products are free-from any artificial additives. However, if you are allergic or have any concerns with any of the ingredients used, please let me know via the Contact Me page before placing an order.

Are your products tested on animals?
My products are not tested on animals, any new products I test myself with the help of friends and family.
What additives are used to preserve your products?
My products are free from any artificial additives.

We promise that for any product you purchase from our web site:

What is your return policy?
I do hope you enjoy your product.
Unfortunately, we cannot exchange opened or used products as hygiene is very important to us, however unopened products can be returned for a refund or exchange, please refer to the companies’ refunds and returns policy for more details.
How do I cancel/modify my order?
