How long will my product last?
The raw butters can last from 12 months to 3 years. I mix my body butters with natural oils for its fluffy feel these usually carry a shelf-life of 6 months (a little longer if refrigerated). All body butters are made to order so the clock starts ticking when you place your order.
What if I am allergic to any of the ingredients you use
I only use natural ingredients and my products are free-from any artificial additives. However, if you are allergic or have any concerns with any of the ingredients used, please let me know via the Contact Me page before placing an order or email info@frimnaturals.com
Are your products tested on animals
My products are vegan friendly and have not been tested on animals. Which means they are cruelty free.
Where do you source your butters from
I have been fortunate to travel in and around Ghana and speak directly to the producers of my Shea and Cocoa Butter. My products have also been purchased straight from the source in Ghana, West Africa
What additives are added to your products
As I use only natural ingredients and essential oils, my products are free from any artificial additives. They are also paraben free and free from synthetic fragrances.
Are your products subject to a warranty
We promise that for any product you purchase from our web site:
1) we have the right to sell the product to you;
2) the product will correspond with the description we have given to you; and
3) the product will be of satisfactory quality.

What are your delivery prices
Delivery is sent by Royail Mail second class mail Signed for.
The cost of postage is £5 for all orders under £50. Free delivery on all orders over £50.
